How to bring positive changes in lifestyle?


According to Australian psychologist Alfred Adler lifestyle is the "way or style of living" Lifestyle is the way of living a standard life which comprises wearing good, relating to a high-class family background, eating well, and doing the best physical activities. The habits, attitudes, moral standards and economic levels etc together determine the way of living of individuals. Life is very complicated. Changes occur in life and everyone has to face these changes. The case is not necessary for the changes. It occurs in every field of life But it is natural to resist the change. Instead of resisting changes, we have to face them and make it easier for our living. Motivating change is good for life. Every change that happens in our lives hides some good things. It makes us more confident and flexible to face every difficult situation and also from these changes we learn a lesson to bring some positive change in our lifestyle to make it better.


 1 Analyze the change you want


 The first step is to analyze the thing that you want to change in your life. To bring positive change the first step is to change your self after changing yourself other changes will happen automatically. Identify your qualities or merits and demerits. And start pointing out your bad addiction or demerits and then try to change them. For example, if any ones want to change themselves. First of all, they have to find those bad habits and then try to make sure to change these habits.

 2 Start doing some positive activities


 The second thing is to start doing those things which have some positive effect on life. like, going to college, getting a job and working with humanitarian services for example working in NGOs which work for human welfare, or providing Aids to poor people in the country.


 3 Be kind to everyone


 According to Joseph Joubert, "A part of kindness consists in loving people more than they deserve" kindness means doing something which is helpful to others and you are motivated by the feeling to help others or the quality of being friendly. When you are kind to others you feel good as a person and it does not take much time and effort. It means giving priority to others' needs over yours or putting forward the interests of others than your own. And also give respect to other and acts in a friendly or senior one without the creed of getting a cost. For example, buying for a needed someone smiling a stranger or helping an old one while crossing the road etc.


4 Elimination of negative activities


The best practice for being positive is to eliminate all those negative activities from your life which has bad effects on you. Like, stop thinking negative thoughts, don't think negatively always think positively. and try to use good communication, stop doing bad things like chasing wrong things instead of good and also start working on your behaviour to be good and help full to everyone.
