What is mental health?

 As the proverb "health is wealth" health is a vital factor for living healthier.  Good health keeps the body active and relaxed. The brain is the most important part of our body. The brain runs and controls our body. It gives responses or stimuli to any part of the body to perform its function. Therefore mental health is a vital factor for our bodies. Mental health comprises orders, emotions, psychology, social well-being, responses, and controlling and activating of our body parts for their function. Mental health is a type of thinking that affects our thoughts and action. Even we can not move our fingers without the stimuli because the stimuli come from the brain to move or even glands don't excrete their harmonies without receiving stimuli from the brain. Mental health affects our way of thinking, feeling and acting. It is vital at every stage of life means, including childhood and adulthood.

As time passes our mental health condition becomes changes with time because we experience different situations. That situation affects our minds or mental health. With time our way of thinking, behavioural and moods change. Which at certain stages causes mental problems or disorders. Sometimes these disorders may be genetic, family background or biological problems.

What are mental health disorders?

Mental health disorders are also called mental health illnesses. It refers to those disorders that affect our way of thinking, behaviour and mood. Some disorders are as follows,

. Depression

. anxiety 

. schizophrenia

. Eating disorder

. Addictive  behaviour

1 Depression

Depression is the most commonly caused disorder which can cause at every stage of life in many people. The estimate of depression is 5% . in adults. It is like an activity in which people persistently face sadness, lack showing interest or feeling pleasure and not participating in enjoyable activities. There are many causes of depression some are worries about money, poor condition, divorce, and the death of the closest person or parents. Different types of causes combine and cause depression. The cure for depression is to change your way of thinking and try to change your thoughts positively. And try to provide the best quality thought and thinking to mind. Doing regular exercise, and eating a healthy diet can also and staying with those people from whom you get the vibes of love and happiness. These all help to get rid of the depression phase.

2 Anxiety

It is also a mental disorder which is mainly caused due to feelings of fear, worry and uneasiness. It will cause you to sweat, increase your heart rate, and breathe rapidly, feeling weak,  nervous, stressed and restless. It may be caused by facing difficult situations in childhood and adulthood. Every person can experience anxiety at every stage or time in their life. For example, some people are involved in this situation before giving an interview or medical test and before taking a crucial decision. To escape from such a situation, take a long breath, slowly count to ten or call your friend.

3 Eating disorder

 It is one of the disorders related to eating. It is caused by persistent changes in behaviour or routine of eating and distressing thoughts and emotions. It is a severe condition that causes disturbed psychological,  physical and social functions. Due to this condition extreme mood swings. This means an extreme focus on weight, food, calories and nutrition. It is caused by persistent dieting and exercising.

4 Addictive behaviour 

It is a disorder related to behaviour or behavioural stimulus. That helps in developing an addiction. This addiction may be of any kind alcoholic addiction, heroin addiction, drug addiction etc. It is a type of activity comprising drug use and negative behaviour instead of caring for social and physical consequences. Here are some common types of behavioural addiction are

. Sex

. Gambling

. Internet 

. shipping

.  Being eating 

Some of these activities involve shoving the leg due to stress or biting nails. Or any type of function which is considered in the. People sense wrongness and awkwardness.
